Once our clients have chosen the plan that meets all their needs, and has successfully enrolled, we don’t consider it a done deal. From there on, we are here to help administer the plan, including answering day-to-day questions that allow you and your key executives to concentrate your efforts on what you do best. We can be an extension of your benefits administration staff. We will begin with an examination of programs in place, and then identify the strengths, the inefficiencies, and possible areas of regulatory non-compliance.

We start with an in-depth annual review of all programs provided to help ensure competitive rates. We then rebid insurance contracts, recommending any modifications necessary to help comply with changing government regulations and shifts in the marketplace.  We continuously review and coordinate employee communications programs, including staff meetings, notices, booklets, certifications, ERISA information and COBRA notices and contracts.
